This patient from Northeast Ohio consulted with Dr. Jason E. Leedy at the Cleveland Plastic Surgery Institute to discuss breast augmentation with breast implants. During her consultation the risks and benefits of the options available to her were discussed. She elected to proceed with silicone gel implants placed under the muscle using an incision in the fold. This 38 year old patient underwent sub glandular breast augmentation. Her breast size increased from 36 C to a 38 DD.
