This 24-year-old patient from Winchester, California (in the Temecula area) came to Dr. Pousti for larger breasts. She has wanted breast implants for many years. This patient is a “border line” case. This is where the areola sits at the infra-mammary fold. The patient could benefit from a breast lift, however in her case she can get away with an implant alone because the areola in not pass the infra-mammary fold.
